We Are Stripes work to address the ethnic diversity imbalance in the creative industry, and in particular the creative advertising subsector. They specialise in supporting emerging and mid level talent. They take a three fold approach in order tackle the issue of inclusion and diversity on ethnicity from all sides, providing visibility, consultancy and talent.
