The 10,000 Black Interns programme is for young people in the UK, and it matches you with a paid internship in a sector of your interest, supporting you with pre-internship training and development.
The 10,000 Black Interns programme offers paid internship opportunities across more than 25 sectors, in addition to training and development opportunities. Candidates apply to the programme choosing up to 3 sectors or work-streams of interest.
10,000 Black Interns allocates candidates to companies who want to take on interns in aligning departments. Where a company decides to take a candidate's application forward, they will reach out to the candidate directly inviting them to interview, or to complete other assessments.
Offers will be made between November and January, for internships starting the following Summer. 10,000 Black Interns provides a community of fellow interns, training and additional opportunities to support candidates at every stage of the process.
