New Award Win

We are thrilled to have been awarded Best Attraction and Retention Strategy at this year's Montreal International Awards, recognizing companies that are leading the way in terms of export, attracting overseas talent and contributing to Montreal’s economy.

The event, held at the Palais des Congres, attracted over 600 members of the region’s business community. Framestore Head of HR Veronique Hébert and Head of Recruitment Benoit Debaecker were in attendance to accept the reward on behalf of Framestore.
 
Of the win, Managing Director Chloë Grysole says, “This is a tremendous achievement, and shines a light on the hard work of our HR and recruitment teams. VFX is a highly-competitive global industry, and Framestore’s success stems from being able to attract and retain the very best talent. Framestore was the first major VFX studio to make Montreal its home, and of our 700+ staff half of them hail from different countries. Bringing together so many people to create Oscar-winning work is no mean feat, and it’s a testament to our city, our managers and the support we give artists and their families that, once they settle here, they usually choose to stay.” 

Framestore was also nominated for Best Foreign Investment Strategy.
