What did you want to be when you were younger? 

Zookeeper, then Fashion Photographer, then Film Director.

Years working in recruitment? 

Recruitment has been a part of my role at Framestore for a while, so about 10 years now, but I formally joined the Recruitment Department in 2019. 

Year you joined Framestore? 

2012.

How do you like your coffee? 

Cold brew coffee: black over ice. 

Hot coffee: cream, no sugar. 

What superhero power would you love to have? 

Teleportation so I could easily drop in and see all the people I love that are all over the world.

Number one tip for an application to impress you?

Know your work. Being able to communicate the why of your creative, technical, or operational choices really makes an individual stand out to me. The ability to learn from your past experiences and apply that to future endeavours is essential in career growth, and that kind of proactive thinking is what makes for an invaluable teammate.
