James Razzall has spent the past two decades shaping Framestore into a global creative powerhouse, helping bring its Oscar-winning visuals to screens of all sizes. After launching his career in London, he played a pivotal role in establishing Framestore’s first U.S. presence in New York in 2004.

In 2013, Razzall spearheaded the opening of the Los Angeles office, rapidly expanding the company’s West Coast footprint and driving growth across the U.S. advertising market. Under his leadership, the Los Angeles studio has grown significantly in scale and capability, evolving into a hub for some of Framestore’s most innovative and future-facing work.

Razzall currently serves on the West Coast board of AICP and is the 2025 Chairperson for the AICP Post Awards. He is also a proud member of the Television Academy, actively contributing to the evolving landscape of visual storytelling.
