Lucy Killick
Lucy began her career as a VFX Coordinator and on-set Data Coordinator after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Los Angeles. After working on Stephen Sommer’s The Mummy in 1998 she joined Framestore’s long format Television Department where she completed a huge variety of productions including, Alice in Wonderland, A Christmas Carol, Don Quixote and Dinotopia.
She joined Framestore’s Film department in 2002 as a VFX Producer working on Chris Columbus’s Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Kirk Jones’s Nanny McPhee. In 2005 Lucy became a Freelance VFX Producer working on Alfonso Cuaron’s Children of Men, Guillermo del Toro’s Hellboy II:The Golden Army, Edgar Wright’s Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Martin Scorsese’s Hugo, and Ridley Scott’s Prometheus.
With 20 years in the Industry, Lucy was Managing Director of Framestore's Montréal office for three years before returning to the London office in the summer of 2018 as Managing Director, Film. With experience working both facility and production-side, Lucy holds an in depth understanding of the challenges of the industry, working to provide the leadership and support needed to see Framestore’s film division thrive.
