Glen Pratt
Glen’s academic career takes in the Edinburgh College of Art and an MA in Computer Animation at Bournemouth - a combination of skills that opened the door to an outstanding career in VFX. Early roles included stints as Compositing Supervisor on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and King Kong, before moving into VFX supervision for 28 Weeks Later, Total Recall and Shame for future Oscar-winner Steve McQueen before making his way to Framestore in 2013.
Joining Framestore in 2013, Glen worked on titles such as Dracula Untold, Poltergeist and VES-nominee Everest. In 2017 Glen supervised the shoot for Disney’s live-action Beauty and the Beast (including the much-loved ‘Be Our Guest’ sequence) before moving on to the BAFTA-nominated Paddington 2, The Secret Garden and a client-side supervisory role for the all-star adaptation of Matt Haig’s A Boy Called Christmas. His most recent project was the smash-hit Barbie, for Warner Bros, where he served as production-side VFX Supervisor.
