What did you want to be when you were younger? 

A police officer or paramedic, I wanted to help people but realised later in life that I probably wouldn't be very good near the sight of blood or a person wielding a weapon at me so I decided to turn my hand at helping people get a job instead. 

Years working in recruitment? 

8 years...!

Year you joined Framestore? 

2015 as a Runner. 

How do you like your coffee? 

Latte with Oat Milk (save the baby cows!)

What superhero power would you love to have? 

I'd love to be able to turn invincible or magically disappear. Mostly because I'd like to be able to vanish into thin air when confronting a bully or someone doing a bad thing then before they get the chance to retaliate 'POOF' I'm gone. 😎

Number one tip for an application to impress you? 

Enthusiasm for the job. I think it's so important to be enthusiastic and excited about working in such a cool industry.  My favourite interviews are the ones where the conversation just flows and the candidate enjoys talking to us about the cool stuff they have done and how they want to better themselves.
