Flashdance
In Nerds candy first ever Super Bowl spot, Digitas and Framestore's Chicago VFX teams, led by Creative Director Andrew Rowan-Robinson, brought to life a new Gummy character and updated the look of the Nerds characters - marking the first major design evolution of the Nerds mascot since 1983.
"From the first read of the script that came out of the agency, we knew this was going to be a hilarious spot to work on. It was great creating our own gummy take on the classic dance scene from Flashdance, bringing Nerds and Gummy together for the big finale."
