Launching VFX Careers in MEL

Australian screen agency Ausfilm talk about the MEL team’s work to train and nurture fresh new VFX talent. 

MEL studio is expanding and actively seeking both established and emerging talent in VFX and animation. As part of this initiative, they're introducing our Launchpad and Launchpad Pro programs.

Launchpad provides recent graduates with an 8-week immersive experience, working on live projects and receiving mentorship from industry professionals. Meanwhile, Launchpad Pro targets experienced artists seeking specialisation or career advancement, currently focusing on Creature FX.
