Charles Howell
Howell is President of Global Advertising & Content, based in Framestore’s New York studio.
Over two decades at Framestore, he played a central role on VFX-heavy projects such as the Oscar-winning film Gravity, helped to bring the much-loved Paddington Bear to the big screen, and partnered with Emmanuel Lubezki on the visually mesmerising Absolut global campaign, 'One Night.'
Most recently, his team has delivered cutting edge work for blue chip brands including Geico, Microsoft, and Expedia, as well as TV shows including Marvel’s WandaVision, Netflix’s The Crown, HBO’s I Know This Much Is True, and Amazon Studios’ The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
With an award-winning background in production, Howell is a risk-taker who is passionate about working with brands, studios, and artists to bring extraordinary visuals to any screen or platform.
