SS-GB for BAFTA TV
Framestore is proud to see the nomination of Director and Supervisor William Bartlett at the British Academy Television Craft Awards 2018. William's work on the title sequence for SS-GB, for BBC One and Sid Gentile Films, received the nod in Titles & Graphic Identity.
The full list of nominations can be found online via BAFTA. The TV Craft Award winners will be announced on 22 April 2018.

Framestore is proud to announce that the studio has been awarded the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects at the 90th Academy Awards, for its work on Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049.
Oscars #InColour
Framestore is proud to congratulate Kobe Bryant on a win for Best Animated Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards. Framestore Colourist Beau Leon had the pleasure of grading 'Dear Basketball' for Bryant, honouring the retirement from his 20-year NBA career. The short was directed by award winning Disney animator, Glen Keane, and scored by Oscar Award winning composer, John Williams. Watch the full film here.

Framestore is pleased to announce that our work on the ‘Groot Dance/Opening Fight’, opening sequence to Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, has received global recognition in winning the Visual Effects Society (VES) Award for Outstanding Virtual Cinematography in a Photoreal Project.
