VES Nominations 2022
We're beyond delighted that Framestore achieved 10 Award Nominations from the prestigious VES Awards, an awards body which recognises and honours the most outstanding visual effects work of the year and the artists that created them. The nominations showcases a broad range of Framestore skills across work spanning Film, Advertising and Rides.
In addition Framestore’s work on No Time To Die is in the running for the coveted ‘Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Feature’

We’re over the moon to have ranked 1st on the Peer Poll and named 2nd Overall in the Televisual's annual Facilities 50 survey!
The highly regarded survey ranks and profiles the UK’s top 50 post production outfits and provides a comprehensive report on the state of the post production and visual effects market.
Our peers have praised us for our “amazing staff development programmes and contribution to the wider industry”. Others have pointed towards our “beautiful character work” and describe Framestore as a “powerhouse of VFX”.
LaunchPad | Animation
Framestore is renowned for its animation work, and our talented animators have helped us bring some of the world's best-loved creatures and characters to life.
We're committed to developing exciting new talent, and one of the ways we do this is with our Launchpad Pro accelerator programme. Our most recent edition focused on animation, giving participants an intensive, immersive opportunity to take their animation skills to the next level.

Clio Awards 2021
We’re very proud that Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey has been shortlisted for the Clio Entertainment Awards in the Theatrical: Brand & Film Identity Main Title category!
A massive congratulations to our incredible team: Ian Spendloff, Sharon Lock, Tim Jenkinson, Johannes Sambs and Lucy Hare who designed and animated the films opening logo intro, and created two and a half more minutes of 4K, full CG closing credits.
Variety Interview
Stephen Goalby, Head of Design and Jules Janaud, VFX Supervisor sat down with Variety to talk about the story behind the No Time To Die title sequence and the work they did in partnership with Daniel Kleinman to bring it to life.
Stephen Goalby: “It’s such an honor to do this stuff, but the pressure is on your shoulders right away. You want to do something good because it’s historic to do a title with Daniel Kleinman, who has directed every title sequence since GoldenEye.”
Virtual Production x Epic Games
With advances in Virtual Production continuing to change the way content is created, the team at Epic spoke to a host of educators and studios, including Framestore, to gather practical advice for schools planning a curriculum that will help students land on their feet with a greater understanding of the space upon graduating.

News/Documentary Emmys
Framestore is proud to add to its award tally with a News And Documentary Emmy for its work on Netflix’s Alien Worlds.
The creative studio brought home the Outstanding Graphic Design and Art Direction: Documentary award for its work on the speculative nature series, which blends fact and science fiction as it imagines what life on other planets might look like.
Netflix's Tudum
Last weekend, Netflix hosted its first ever fan event, 'Tudum'. Streaming live on YouTube, the 3 hour bonanza was jam-packed with exclusive content, show announcements, and appearances from its star-studded casting sheets.
The streaming giant announced 70 new films, series, and specials, and revealed brand new content from some of their upcoming projects with Framestore.
Army of the Dead in VFX Voice
Framestore VFX Supervisors Bob Winter and Joao Sita spoke to VFX Voice about the +500 visual effects shots our team created which included post-apocalyptic Sin City, a zombie tiger known as Valentine, and replacing scandal-plagued Chris D’Elia with Tig Notaro.
Las Vegas is a principal character in the storyline, with Framestore handling the aftermath of the military bombing the city with napalm in an effort to kill the zombies. And not only were people being turned into zombies but also tigers.
